Philly Bike Race Details
What: The 28th running of the PhiladelphiaInternational Cycling Championship. The 124-mile classic remains the longest running and most important single-day cycling road race in the United States.

When: Sunday, 10:45 a.m. for men's race (approximate finish time 3:30 p.m.); 10:55 a.m. for women's race (approximate finish time 1:15 p.m.)

Teams: 18 teams with riders coming from eight countries. More than 180 riders will compete. In the women's race, more than 100 riders will compete.

Course: For the men, 124 miles, broken into three opening laps along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway of 1.56 miles each, seven large laps along the Parkway, Kelly Drive, and the Manayunk Wall of 14.7 miles each, and five final laps along Lemon Hill and Logan's Circle of 3.36 miles each. For the women, 60 miles, broken into three opening laps along the Parkway of 1.5 miles each, four large laps along the Parkway, Kelly Drive, and the Wall of 14.5 miles each, and three final laps along Lemon Hill and Logan's Circle of three miles each.
